Replacement Filters for Foodcycler that are Duds

My previous filters lasted me about 6 months+. The ones I ordered recently lasted about 1&1/2 weeks before the "change filter light" came on again! Boo! I think I got some duds, or this is a "bait & switch scheme!" The company had better check quality control!

Hi there! if you are not noticing an odor, there is not need to change them. We would suggest taking them out and putting them back in and resetting the unit. If the light goes on quickly or you do notice an odor already, please call us at 1-800-848-2649, so we can assist you with them.

My children bought me this machine for Christmas and I use it every single day and sometimes twice a day. I am thrilled to have this and use the results in my house plants and my outdoor plants. I can’t say enough about this machine as we eat lots of vegetables and fruit also eggs and occasionally put shrimp shells in it. After 7 months of using it I finally have to replace filters, I find that reasonable. Thanks for making such a great product.
