[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased an Omen gaming laptop with core I-7 and Nvidia graphics card a couple of months ago. It is fast and the video is excellent. It is also lightweight making it easy to transport and was very reasonably priced. If I could recommend anything for improvement, it would be the battery life, which, due to the graphics card limits gaming to about four (4) hours.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The resolution is exactly what I required .with 1920-1080 pixels.The Corei7 processor delivers the speed necessary for my applications. The 1 TB storage is adequate for my productions. The Omen comes with 16GB of RAM but next purchase I will double or triple the RAM. .The graphics by Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 has allowed me to dramatically improve the appearance of my productions.. The Omen is durable and priced fairly for all the features you get .I highly recommend The Omen line of products for anyone looking to upgrade their gaming ,zooming or podcasting experience.

It was easy to download/transfer all my files and apps from my old laptop. I've been using it now for a couple of weeks and I couldn't be more pleased. my last 3 computers and my printer are all HP products. For example, if change the mouse icon, I have to reset it every time I start the computer. Or the lighted keyboard turns off on its own and other issues that are annoying. I contacted HP, but it is very hard to get a hold of someone to help. I am still having issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is extremely fast, well-built and a good-looking laptop. I was able to get my Omen computer at a decent price. My only suggestion would be to increase the speaker volume, but my bluetooth speakers make up for this.
