Quality-wise, this is a great case. There are some improvements over the Patriot I that are nice, such as netted holding compartments. But there are other areas that aren't so great -- such as the main handle not having enough room between the top of the handle and the bag, causing your knuckles to scrape and pinch when you try to pick it up -- or the included Laptop Case, which now lacks the front zipper compartment that was part of the Patriot I Laptop Case. Overall, the quality feels just a hair under that of the Patriot I, but not by much. It's still a beautiful unit, and it looks great and works great. If I had the choice between this Patriot II and the Patriot I, I'd get the Patriot I without question. But since they don't offer those any more, this is the best wheeled business case they have -- and it really is good.

This will be the third purchase for me of the same case. I like the case but for one problem.
The screws in the handle do not stay in. The screws come out and make the case inoperable.

I have owned this bags predecessor for couple years. Wheel bearings went out (I travel A LOT). Problem was, it is a new design and I am very disappointed. The front-most outer compartment has way less storage space than the previous design and it is WAAAAY over proportioned for holding business cards which take up real estate for other items people actually use. In addition, the business card slots are pathetically small, so even if you DID want to use them they only hold a couple cards per slot. BAD DESIGN. The old one could be improved but you guys went backwards.

This case has everything! It’s literally the Swiss Army version of a wheeled laptop case. Has room for a folders, binders, notepads, laptop, headsets, AC adapters, tablets, phones, and even a change of clothes.
