Oven turns itself on and off- DO NOT BUY!!!

I have had my stove for just about 1 year. It has needed repaired three times for turning itself on and off multiple times. Tonight it just turned itself on after I used the broiler and turned everything off. I walked in to clean up after dinner and the bake setting was turned on at 170 degrees. It took me 10 times to hit cancel for it to turn off completely. I would hit cancel and it would restart. I am at the point of contacting the BBB and the PA attorney generals office to apply for the lemon law. This stove although aesthetically pleasing, sucks!!! Thus is a fire hazard. Buyer beware.

Oven performance issue

This gas / oven range has a serious design flaw. Oven locks up / acts erratically when in use, particularly at higher temperature usage such as when using the broiler. The control board is not properly protected and is subjected to the high heat temps exhausted by the oven. Attempts to repair twice. Warranty expired and GE not standing behind their product.

Awful oven!

Oven turns off while trying to bake. We already had the panel replaced after 1 year and it’s been happening even more since. It’s awful, can’t plan any meals. No way you could bake a turkey. Do not buy GE!

Control panel mother board for the oven went out before 1 year. Other customers with the same product have also confirmed oven issues within the first year.

Nice range

Just got it delivered today, so cannot speak to longevity and the like. The unit was a little deeper and higher than I anticipated--the pipes in the back took up room-- so it sticks out a little, but overall it looks nice and seems to work well.
