It is easy to use.

It was important that the new range did not have a lot of stuff on it. We just need to cook stuff. The reason only 4stars is that the knobs on the front can easily turn on a burner by just rubbing up to it. We have a 4 year old and that was dangerous. We added clips for safety.

Love the griddle . . . only problem is how to keep splatters off the other burners when using the griddle! We will work something out!

I had a very old GE appliance that I finally decided to update (it still worked!). I love the center griddle and the fact that the broiler is in the oven and the space below can be used for cookie sheets.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cheaply Made

I loved the upscale look of this stove online, but since using it I've realized just how cheaply made it really is. The knobs are plastic and scratch up easily. The griddle plate is wonderful to have for grilled cheese or pancakes, and its one thing that attracted me to this stove, but sadly has scratches in the finish even though we've only ever used plastic spatulas on it. The black finish on the grates starting wearing off after only a couple uses. There are rust stains on the door to the bottom oven. Upon arrival, the oven light fixture was broken. I very much regret this purchase!! You'd think for the price that it would be a product of quality, but you can't get much these days for your hard earned money. It may be a pretty looking stove but looks are deceiving- don't buy it!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like that the oven light comes on and off when opening and closing the door. The light can also be turned on at the control panel when oven is shut. I am always leaving the oven light on so this feature is nice.

Overall a nice solid range. Oven heats evenly and burners are great. Updated features help keep things organized. The only thing I wish it had was burner drip pans like the old range, but I may be able to find those accessories.
