Love the non-stick cast aluminum griddle! Heats quickly. To see if it is hot enough, I toss a few drops of water on it and if the drops slide around I know it is hot enough. Don't have to add any oil to the griddle. Oven bakes evenly. Has storage drawer and electric clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!
