Amazing unit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had an old 5000btu to cool our bedroom and it always seemed hot. We upgraded to this unit, and even though it looked smaller, it packed a powerful punch. Yesterday was 95 degrees outside But in the low sixties in our room! I couldn’t imagine how we lived before this unit! Highly recommended!

Reasonable and works well except ...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really happy with this A/C and have had it for a few months but recently it makes a buzzing sound that is super annoying and distracting. My husband called the company for the warranty and they told him he had to destroy the A/C by cutting the cord, and sending it in, in order to be sent a new one. this would take approximately 3-4 weeks to receive a new one, but it is the end of July and is 90 degrees. This is not a logical solution at all.

Works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this item about two months ago. It seems to really be able to cool down a room. Overnight, my house will get down to about 64 degrees with it running all night. I do have a smaller home so it works great for my house. It is a bit noisy, but nothing crazy. Just turn up the volume on the TV and it's all good. There has been a clicking noise recently here and there and has been spitting out water. Not sure if it's already having problems or not, but so far so good. I would definitely buy another one for my bedroom.
