WHERE IS THE 3 PRONG PLUG, THAT IS REQUIRED?

I am so sorry I purchased another FRIGIDAIRE. You call and they said they are busy and hang up? Is that any way to treat Customer's?? A simple question about the plug would be great. But they are too BUSY TOO CARE WHY NOT DISCONNECT THE PHONE...
