More specialty knives in this set

I like this set because it comes with the bread knife and boning knife, both valuable to me since those knives are used a lot in my kitchen. Plus the block has 4 open slots so I would be able to add on.
The Forged Premio is a handsome line of knives. They are forged from German steel and made to very exacting standards. The fine edge blades made from high quality stainless steel can take and hold an edge ensuring years and years of enjoyable use. Hone them regularly. The full tang blade runs through the integrated bolster and triple riveted handle for maximum stability and durability.
Dishwasher safe, but I always hand wash my knives. I like them to look new and dishwashing detergents are very hard on knives.

I love the configuration of knives included in this set, they are some of the most used knives in one set and includes steak knives. German steel, sharp, durable and very comfortable in your hand.

I try to balance value and quality when i shop and I find that with this set. A forged knife gives a great performance and at this price this set cant be beat. I get all my essentials plus 8 steak knives.....enough for my family to all use. The shape of the handles are comfortable and using them makes food prep a breeze.

Feel great in your hand with a nice weight and balance. Again not the best out there but great for the average home chef.
