Cooking will never be the same!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knives are A++ - particularly for the price! Slice through anything and love that these can be sharpened. I previously owned the serrated Henckel set and although they were great knives, they do not even compare to the Premio. I love to cook and now, it is even better! Highly recommend if you're looking for a new set - you wont regret it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great knives. Sharp enough for what cooking I do. Only negative is don’t put in dishwasher. It will discolor handles. I know you shouldn’t put knives in the dishwasher, but sometimes other people put them in there.

More specialty knives in this set

I like this set because it comes with the bread knife and boning knife, both valuable to me since those knives are used a lot in my kitchen. Plus the block has 4 open slots so I would be able to add on.
The Forged Premio is a handsome line of knives. They are forged from German steel and made to very exacting standards. The fine edge blades made from high quality stainless steel can take and hold an edge ensuring years and years of enjoyable use. Hone them regularly. The full tang blade runs through the integrated bolster and triple riveted handle for maximum stability and durability.
Dishwasher safe, but I always hand wash my knives. I like them to look new and dishwashing detergents are very hard on knives.

Excellent knife set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second set of Henckels knives. The first set is still in excellent condition after 25 years! We wanted a larger set which is why we got this 17 piece set. My only disappointment is that the steaks knives are stamped and not forged. My old set was smaller but even the steak knives were forged and had a full bolster.
The rest of the knives in the set are excellent and feel steady and comfortable in my hand.
I would recommend this to a friend!
