really nice set and perfect assortment

love these knives, they feel solid in your hand and cut very smoothly. I was thrilled to see a boning knife in the set because I debone chicken a lot for spatchcocking. Its a nice boning knife, perfect amount of flex, too. Steak knives are perfect weight also

Best knives I've ever received!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The weight is balanced perfectly. This set has just the right pieces to complete my kitchen. I would prefer a black butcher block but the wood is very nice. And I really didn't want serrated knives but I'm sure they will be useful. Love this set!

This is a great value set. The forged blades feel very balanced, and the handles fill your hand well. This set includes anything you’d need in your kitchen, including a boning knife. This is a rarity for traditional knife block sets, and something that I use often.
I would recommend this to a friend!
