[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Realizing that this not a top model of the brand's offerings, I didn't expect top of the line for the price. My wife's first comment to me, however, was that I would need to sharpen the knives before continuing to use them.
They feel ok in the hand and overall are decent, but would not have expected to have to sharpen them right out of the packaging. I'm by no means a knife expert, but based on past purchases of other brands, I can't say that these are any better or worse than what I've used in the past.
