These are very special steak knives.They look great on the table and perform well. The fine edge is better for a premium steak knife as it will be gentler on the meat.

These steak knives are so sharp and they make my table look beautiful! The display case is so convenient to use and showcases how beautiful these knives are. I have gotten so many complaints from my dinner party guests.

Nothing like a great steak knife that let's guests know you're serious about the food. Having the right tools - not only to cook with, but eat with - adds to the enjoyment. The Damascus-style, 65-layer blades, sharpening to a tight 10-degree +/- angle on each side clearly announces the start of something good. Even if it's a Caprese salad with tender tomatoes and springy cheese. These knives will make the experience that much more enjoyable. At least it does with my family. I love great steak knives!

This is an amazing steak knife set. The blades are so gorgeous. The Damascus layered steel give a super sharp blade edge but also have a very unique pattern. The handles are lightweight and very comfortable to hold. I love that they are straight blades so they can be resharpened when the time comes. I love how effortlessly the cut through food without tearing like a serrated blade. The attractive storage case is a bonus so they dont get banged around in the drawer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bamboo display box is a nice way to safely store the knives in a nice display box. Knives are sharp as expected and I also expect that they will last a long time. Nice feel in the hand and makes eating a great steak an even better experience.
