[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knives are as beautiful as they are sharp. The weight is perfect for me, and the layered steel is not only strong, but pretty! I wish I had upgraded to these sooner. They make all the difference to someone who loves to cook!

Amazing Knives for Home Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you're looking for a lightweight Japanese knife that will hold an edge, give you paper thin slices, and make you feel like a professional chef in your own home, these are a great option. I own various knives from all of the Miyabi lines, and I decided to buy the block from this set due to my love for the handle style that works for big and small hands alike. I can't say enough great things about this set.
