Beautiful and Very Sharp Knives

Perfect Knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Knives are beautiful and perfect. Nicely weighted and very sharp. Kitchen shears and sharpening steel they do not seem to be of same quailty. Knives are just beautiful and the sharpening tool and shears have a black plastic overmolded handle which just doesn't fit with the nice knife handles.

The quality and texture of my chopping and slicing are so much better with these knives. I enjoy cooking more than ever for my family and for cooking demonstrations.

Sharp!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the set a few times now and wow! Everything cuts like butter! My boyfriend wanted to test them out, so he cut a grape in mid air like it was nothing.

New knife set for the new kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super sharp knives right out of the box, did not rate 5 stars because the bread knife slot in the wood block was not cutout in the correct width or depth, forcing one to utilize a slot normally used for a chef’s knife.
