Great Pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very heavy and sturdy. The non-stick coating works brilliantly. Having a glass lid seals in steam and you can see the food w/o having to lift the lid. I expect this to last a long time.

Excellent cookware!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent cookware! Was looking to upgrade old unsafe nonstick cookware. This big pan can be used for larger dishes or when cooking for bigger crowds. It cooks evenly, never sticks, and can even be used much as a Dutch oven to slowly steam/cook food.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got the 11" saute pan and used it to make eggs with veggies and cheese and it did great! Eggs didn't stick at all with a little olive oil, the pan heated very evenly, and cleanup was very easy. Definitely happy I decided to spend a little more on a really nice pan this time.

Nice size for dinner for two or a side dish for a family dinner. Pan can be used for frying, sauteing or even for braising. The sides are nice and high, great for holding liquid. . Stainless steel surrounds an aluminum core that heats up quickly and evenly. The ceramic coating is completely chemical free and lasts 50% longer than Zwilling’s previous ceramic nonstick. Lid is tight fitting and can with stand the same temperatures as the pan, 400F.

This is such a great saute pan because it has every feature I would ever look for. Not only does it have metal utensil safe nonstick ceramic coating but it also has a stay cool handle, is oven safe, has a see through glass lid and is made from thick three ply stainless steel. I've had nonstick pans in the past that always seem to lose their nonstick quality and warp in the middle when heated but this pan is so thick and sturdy it heats up evenly and the nonstick is amazing. I can practically clean it out with just a wipe of a paper towel when I'm done. I'm really pleased with this pan.

Clad CFX is one of the best non-stick cookware on the market. Ceramic non-stick coating is the greenest and healthiest option, but not all are created equal. CFX is the next generation influenced by the best German engineering and technology, providing amazing non-stick properties that can tolerate high heat and the dishwasher. It's also extremely durable and more tolerant of light use of metal utensils. But it's not just about the coating; this pan has a three ply construction with an aluminum core which is one of the best heat conductors. Food will not only heat up quickly but evenly as well...no hot spots. The handle has a V-shaped design to help disperse heat, keeping it cool for long cooking times. And it's induction compatible!

Terrific for Braising, Stir Frying

Finally. Really good, long lasting and affordable non-stick cookware. This CFX line is a great surprise. It doesn't stick and it cooks like high quality 3-ply stainless steel cookware - browning, caramelizing, taking higher heat and holding steady at lower heat. Plus it is ceramic non-stick, considered ‘green’ and 'all natural', and created to last - years not months. The 3-ply construction makes the CFX comparable to higher quality pots and pans. This is the line to embrace for healthy low fat cooking and for easy convenient clean-up. Whichever is your priority, you will love this set. I loved testing it.
This saute pan did everything well. Came up to temperature relatively quickly, cooked without hot spots. Snug fitting lid contained heat. Meats browned well. Vegetables stir-fried evenly. Rice and beans came out easily without sticking. Clean up was a breeze.
