Beautifully crafted, it heats evenly and quickly. The ceramic nonstick coating works perfectly and cleans easily. The pour edge helps with food transfer. The handle stays cool. The excellent heat transfer allows cooking at a lower heat. The only minor disappointment is that it is a replacement for a 6 quart chef pan, and occasionally I wish it was a bit bigger. But I’m summary, a great pan that improves saute cooking and I’m really glad we got it. I expect it to last and it’s both good looking and very functional.

First and Last Sauté Pan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Zwilling 5qt sauté pan was my first sauté pan purchase, and I don’t believe I will need to buy another one! With the sauté pan being 5qt, it is a good size for everyday use in the kitchen for a family of 2-4. I recommend this sauté pan!
