Beautiful, sturdy and non-stick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cookware set checks all the boxes. Cooks perfectly, is non stick, looks great. The lids have an intelligently designed strainer. The weight is solid but not difficult to manage. I want to keep them looking nice so I was by hand, which is a breeze.

New Pot Set

Skepticism Squashed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little skeptical about buying these at first, I never really believed in the nonstick marketing and also the idea that I shouldn't use high heat in the kitchen had me close to walking away from this product. At the end of the day I felt adventurous and decided to challenge myself to try something new and I'm glad I did.
The pans 2/3 months in of daily use are still holding up to their non-stick qualities and I absolutely love not having to NEED to use fats/oils. I only use them for flavor instead of for their nonstick properties and it feel satisfying to have better control of those ingredients in the kitchen.
Regarding the recommendation of not using high-heat, I thought it would be a problem but the pans evenly distribute the heat so well that I haven't felt the need to use high heat period. My gas stove on low-mid is generally enough for almost all my dishes. It truly surprised me. I've even been surprised by the synergy of these pans working with low heat as well.

The style is also beautiful. Stainless steel with a cobalt glossy inside. I get compliments on these and my Zwilling Bamboo Easel Knife set all the time. Both of these products have turned me into Zwilling fiend!
My only word of caution is if you saute and you like to do the saute snap and you have a gas stove, be mindful of the metal touching the burner grates as they can scratch the bottom of the pots with that friction.
