We made an excellent purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the highest quality pots/pans we've ever purchased. We're not huge on cooking big meals, but we love them so much! My husband purchased them as a gift—with some not-so-subtle hints from me ;) . Everything cooks evenly and looks great. We tend to hand-wash after use, but they do quite well in the dishwasher, too. It's been 6 months and we're still treating them with "kid gloves" so maybe after a year or more, wear and tear may be an issue. One "wear" issue is we had some food residue on the electric stove and it burnt onto the bottom of a pan when we placed it on top. The bottom of the pan now has a cosmetic stain on it, but it's not damaged otherwise. I now make sure the stove is wiped down before turning it on–which is a good tip for maintaining the lifespan of any cookware. Excellent purchase for our family!
