Finally a block set that has every conceivable knife, as well as 8 steak knives! Well priced because they are constructed with German steel but manufactured in Spain which brings it down to an affordable price point.
The knives are housed in slots that also double as a sharpener by just pulling the knives through the slot, back and forth. The serrated knives and the steak knives are housed in the traditional slots, because those knives shouldn't be sharpened. Don't have to worry about using the honing steel, which I never mastered using, because you just sharpen when needed. Very easy and convenient.

Every time I pull a knife out for my cooking needs, it is sharpened effortlessly with the self-sharpening block. I also like the sleek appearance of the labeled stainless steel plate, which makes it easy for me to return each knife to its correct slot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is fantastic, the knives dull very slowly so they’re very sharp for a very long time. The only drawback is the knives feel a little thin so it feels like it could bend
