Just got this knife set. So far very impressed with the quality of the forged knives. The steak knives are sharp, however, you can tell they’re a lower quality product. Would have given a 5 star, however, the scissors received are not the same product shown on the website or on the box. Agree with the other posts that the block is loose and the knives don’t fit well. Overall, happy with the knife set and look forward to using the knives.

Great Knife Set

Who doesn't love the idea of ALWAYS having a sharp knife! That's exactly what you get with this classic set. Every time I pull it out or replace it, it gets sharpened. Ezy Peezy! And the knife itself is awesome; great weight, very well balanced and made of German steel. I think this is as close as you can get to the knives made in Germany without spending double the $$$. Two of the most used knives in my kitchen are the chef knife and the bread knife; it is truly a game changer to have these in your set. It also comes with a carving knife which I use a lot but especially appreciate it at Thanksgiving.

Well Balanced Knives

This is my first set of Henckels knives and the most expensive set I have purchased to date, with that being said I am very satisfied with my purchase they feel very well balanced and also very sharp. The self sharpening block is a huge bonus for me never having to worry if this knife is going to cut whatever I am cutting, dicing, chopping ect. You definitely can’t go wrong with this 20 piece set. Did I mention the knife block is definitely a show off countertop piece

Self Sharpening Knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knives are great ! They cut very well and all of them are self sharpening when placed back in the block. The steak knives are not self sharpening although I wish they were.
