[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knives themselves are well balanced and sharp; however, quality control needs improved. One of the knives I received had a 3cm section that was not sharpened/angled on one edge and two others with gaps around the some of the rivets (hopefully I can get these replaced). I just got them though, so I cannot comment on how they hold up yet.

The self sharpening block is definitely a bonus.
My daughter used one last night (for the first time) and said “add these to my wedding gift registry, they are awesome!”
