This is an AMAZING knife set. Just got them last night and used them to prepare chicken for dinner. It cut through the chicken like butter. Even though they're sharp, they're well balanced and easy to control.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife set is is more balanced and sharper than my old set.The set comes with 20 items and the assortment of knives allows for cutting may items! The knives are very sharp allowing cutting vegetables and meat with ease. Additionally, the knife set is in a stunning block which also sharpens the knives.

This new modern design and self-sharpening block is something everyone should have. No need to bring my knives for professional sharpening; I can easily do that with the Classic set.
