I started out with Farberware, then upgraded to Tools-of-the-trade, then Chicago Cutlery, and even CUTCO. I’d been going back & forth between these & Wusthof and I finally landed on the Henckels 20-pc self-sharpening set with knife block as I’m just not a fan of sharpening knives myself. Wow! These are amazing! Not only are they the sharpest - out-of-the-box knives I’ve ever used, they really DO self-sharpen and stay just as sharp! I highly recommend these!!

I've had these knives for 2 weeks. And while very sharp. I noticed rusting on the surfaces after a few washes. So 3 stars. Super sharp knives but they need a better finish to avoid rust spots.

Even the block exceeds expectations. It’s solid and attractive. Seriously…get this set of knives, folks.
