They have a good weight to them and very sharp. I am not skilled to handle these knives. I have to be careful not to cut myself when using them. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had henckle knives for 20 years. Still in great shape after lots of use but needed the ability to self sharpen. New knives look exactly like what I was needing. Great addition to our Henckle knife collection.
