Better than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not a trained chef, and I really went back and forth trying to decide between the Pro and Professional S set of knives, because I really did not know what I would be more comfortable with. My current knives all have a full bolster, and I was mildly concerned I wouldn’t be comfortable using the new design. Boy was I wrong. I just finished chopping potatoes and I just naturally used the punch grip without even thinking. It was the most effortless potato chopping I’ve ever done. As for the other knives, they are so comfortable in my hand. Very balanced. Exactly what I needed.

Looks great, but not the same as pictured.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knives look great, and so far seem great, but the ones I received aren’t the same as the stock pictures. The block set knives don’t show that it’s Ice Hardened and knives and block are missing J. A. Henckles on them. Not sure if they changed the style, but it makes me wonder if the ones I received are Ice Hardened.

Great quality and all the right knives

The quality of the site is beyond compare and I couldn’t be happier with them. The comfort of holding and cutting with these knives is beyond compare better than all the other high-end knives we tried.

A cut above the rest!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knives handle with ease. The grip is comfortable and the edges make for quick prep. Tomatoes hold there shape when cut, unlike some knives that might grab and pull as they cut through. I would recommend these knives to anyone who does meal prep on the daily basis.
