Zwilling's best proprietary German stainless steel. Tremendous assortment of knives. curved bolsters for ideal pinch grip, fantastic matching steak knives and tough bamboo block.

This is a great set. The Zwilling Pro line is the best I've ever used. The curved bolster is comfortable to hold and encourages the proper holding of the knife naturally. The forged German steel blades are very sharp and strong. They hold their edge for a long time and are easy to maintain. This set has everything I need from smaller prep to larger slicing and bread knives.....even the steak knives are included. The block is well engineered specifically to fit these knives perfectly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This block set is perfect for the serious home chef. I recently purchased this for my mother and she couldn't be happier. Took the advice of the salesperson I worked with who suggested this set because of the quality, design, and assortment which includes top of the line German steak knives.
The knives are extremely comfortable because of the curved bolster, which also allows for both Asian and European chopping methods. The unusual curved shape of the blade helps with the rocking motion which my mom uses most often.
Sharpening and honing the full length of the blade is also made easier without having the interference of a full bolster. They are also extremely sharp due to the sharper angle as well as the highest quality steel they use in production. Zwilling is a world renowned cutlery company, which also helped with my decision. They really stand behind their merchandise.
