The knife set I have always wanted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like everything about the knifes, especially the construction. I've been using knifes for 40+ years, all kinds of knifes, and have broken a few. I cut through a partly frozen roast,didn't feel like I had to let for fear of breaking. Like the wide grip hands.

A whole new level of knife

What a Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this set by my husband to replace another brand set we had for a couple of years. I got them opened up on the counter block to block This Pro set is amazing. the block design makes so much more sense for quick knife use. I enjoy the blocks design to allow air flow if moisture were on the blades. When I compared knifes I choose ones that would be close to each other. This set was hands down not even close to the old as it exceeded on hand fit, balance, sharpness, easy on the eyes, and quality. When I cut with the new knifes it firt so well in my small hands, and sliced so effortlessly. I am a happy wife looking to canning, cooking, meal prepping, and baking again not complaining about dull knives.

Great knives and knife block

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Pro series knives are so light and balanced in your hand, it's easy to forget you're holding a knife! The 12 piece Block set includes a sharpening steel, kitchen shears, 4 steak knives, 8" chef's knife, 8' bread knife, 7' Hollow edge Santoku, 5' utility knife, and a 4" paring knife. You have some extra room in the block to add to your set with 4 additional slots.
