Sharp. Nice to hold.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having previously had a couple of professional S knives I could not get and keep sharp, I wasn't too hopeful for this set meeting expectations. But having used this set a few times, they seem to be pretty good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The looks alone of this Zwling Professional Knife Set is worth the price. The steel is forged in Germany, making it strong and extremely sharp. The quality is superb. The block is real wood and stained in a mahogany shade, which blends in to either a modern or traditional kitchen. I am glad that we made this purchase. It is well worth the investment!

Great quality; just a few things I’d change

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knives are excellent, and the block is solid and high quality. My only concerns are some drips in the stain on the top of the block right out of the box, and the fact that my older Zwilling knives, which have a different bolster, don’t sit right in this new block. See photos. Neither are enough of an issue for me to send them back, just worth knowing if you have other knives from Zwilling you want to use in this block.
