Elegance, Sharpness & Functionality! Love This Set

This Miyabi Artisan (6000 MCT) 10pc. block set is presented and showcased each knife in an elegant natural bamboo magnetic easel. Blade consists of 133 layers of steel, resulting in a floral Damascus pattern, The potent core of SG2 constructed of micro-carbide powdered MC63 steel. This exquisite, hand-hammered effect helps prevent food from sticking. It is so sharp and saves you time sharpening your knife because it stays sharp as long that you honed it once in a while. Handle is fabricated with special Cocobolo Rosewood pakkawood,with D-shaped handle is designed to nestle comfortably in your hand for tireless cutting. These 6000 MCT knives are my favorite Miyabi line and I would rate this better than 5..!!!

The Miyabi Artisan SG2 has become my everything knife set at work and at home. The knives have the perfect hardness, they're easy to sharpen and maintain their edge through every task. I love that this set has both an 8" and 6" chef knife. This set is perfect for both the personal chef and elevate home cool.

The perfect display for some of the most beautiful Miyabi knives. This essential set contains all of the knives one could need. The Artisan bellied handles are some of the most comfortable out there and the unique hammered steel stays razor sharp for a long time.

Stunning knives can be on display on any kitchen counter. Beautiful hammered and matte finish blades are too beautiful to hide in a block. The curved wooden handles are the perfect finish.

Miyabi at its best! The core of SG2 steel creates the sharpest knives in the business. It has a Tsuchime finish on the blade which means its hand-hammered and that helps prevent food from sticking. The handles are made from Rosewood Pakkawood and are so comfortable they fit in any hand.

Great easel set

This is a great block set. I love the look and feel of these knives. The hammered Tsuchime finish really makes such a big difference when cutting produce or starchy foods like potatoes and preventing it from sticking to the knife. The handle has a nice shape to it and really makes the knife sit well in the palm of my hand. It has a great balance to it. I like how this is such a sharp blade thanks to the ice hardening aspect. Also the easel block is a great way to admire and showcase your beautiful collection.

Awesome assortment of Artisan knives artfully displayed on a magnetic easel. Blades are super sharp and the hammered finish helps prevent food from sticking while cutting. Contoured handle shape makes for a very comfortable grip. Exceptional collection!
