This is my favorite stainless steel set I have had. Demeyere is the impitomy of quality construction. They heat evenly, brown wonderfully, have stay cool handles, and can go in the oven!

If you have limited space, these pieces are perfect. I'd recommend going for 9 piece set right away..because you will too! 7 layered cookware heats quickly, evenly and retains heat for quite a while. The handles hardly heat up1

Great value for a Demeyere set and one that I use endlessly. The construction of Demeyere is like no other pots and pans. From the 7-ply construction to the copper disk in the straight sided pans, this set is the last I plan on buying!

great start to my upgrade

I am upgrading my kitchen little by little. This set was an obvious starting point. The frying pan is amazing. It heats so evenly and the handle stays cool to touch on the stovetop. The pot is great and heats water so fast. The Silvinox process makes them so easy to clean and they stay nice and shiny. I love that there are not any rivets in the handles. No more buildup of food and stuff. I cant wait to purchase more pieces in the future.
