This is set is exactly what I was looking for - well weighted, quality steel, clear lids, dishwasher/oven safe. However, there are two flaws imo. 1) The lids need vents, otherwise you have to tilt. It's not a big deal but with the price tag of this set, it's a small addition for added convenience. 2) The handles are pretty uncomfortable. I still question who approved this handle design, but anyway I try to hold these is very uncomfortable. The weight of these requires you to grab the handle in a way that digs into your palm and doesn't provide a secure grip when say, flipping something in the pan. Must use towel or glove. Overall, I still love them.

One of the best stainless steel set to have!

For what is worth of this 10pc. Spirit Stainless Steel is more than the value. This is by far I can recommend for anyone who's looking for at least a 3-ply construction pots and pan from rim to rim – 3mm. Construction of this pot is impressive, it's a solid piece of steel in and out. Easy maintenance mainly cleaning, there should be no food residue leaving around the external part of the pot. Thick aluminum core conducts heat quickly and evenly cooks food.
Oven safe up to 500°F and glass lids 400°F.
Dishwasher safe
Compatible with gas, induction, ceran, halogen, and electric cooktops

Best set of Cooking pots and pans ever.

I have owned this product for almost 2 years. I have put them through the gambit oven top to baking and they stand above the rest. I bought a set for my daughter and son in law and they love them as well. My daughter just got married so they can expect to get a set as well. I have all your knives as well and they are great. Keep up the good work

Excellent choice for stainless cookware

I absolutely love cooking on my stainless cookware. Non stick is good for things like eggs but you can only cook medium to low heats so when you want a nice sear or to boil and simmer for long times you need a good set of stainless steel. These clean up really nicely and I love the stay cool handles...they are a "V" where they attach to the vessel so the heat disperses before it travels up the handle. Nice tempered glass lids allow me to see how things are coming along without letting out the heat.

Really Good All Clad 3-ply Cookware!

This is a great set of stainless steel cookware. It is 3 layers of clad metal - a thick interior layer of aluminum sandwiched between two layers of 18/10 steel. These pans will heat quickly, hold the heat and cook evenly. They can take high heat for stir-frying and searing or low heat for braising and simmering.
Because they cook so evenly - no burn spots, and clean up is easy. They are dishwasher safe, but if you can hand wash. They will look like new for years and years and years to come.

We just moved to a new place and opened these up and were so excited but after only using these once, they have stained liked crazy and have horrible marks on bottom of the pan. We’ve used stainless steel for years and never had this issue
