great intro to Japanese cutlery

I am very happy with this set. The knives were designed in partnership with Morimoto from Iron Chef!! The blade goes through a double hardening process producing a blade that is sharp and durable. The Japanese made blade goes through the traditional Honbazuke sharpening process making a thin sharp blade that gives accurate thin slices and cuts. The Western style handle allows me to enjoy Japanese cutlery with the grip I am familiar with.
I would recommend this to a friend!
