Sharp enough to shave with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stainless steel blade goes all the way to end of handle, brads are used to attach the beautiful black handle to the blade making them sharp in more ways than one.

I love the knives, the convenience of the block! The knives are the only ones I’ve used that didn’t feel too clunky or big in my hand.
