Great knife set

I like having a set of knives that covers every task I may perform in the kitchen. The little bird's beak peeler is perfect for coring strawberries or peeling apples. The Santoku is incredibly sharp and the perfect chopper. The light weight feel keeps fatigue at a minimum when you've got a lot of chopping to do.

This block has nine useful knives plus a honing steel and shears, it's everything you need plus room to add six steak knives,. The blades are very sharp and will stay that way. The handle is curved so it sits comfortable in your hand.

I love this beautiful birchwood block. The knives speak for themselves. They have a very nice handle that fits perfectly in your hand and are very light for a traditional German knife. My grandmother even loves the weight of these knives!

All kitchen knives!

I had been looking for a set of knives that had lots of choices in kitchen knives. So may had more pieces but 4,6,8 of them were steak knives.. I already have those! This assortment fit every need that I could ever have and some that I had not known that I needed until i had them! this is a full, truly full, set of knives for my kitchen.

I love this knife set and how it comes with every knife you'll ever need! The handle of the knife is super comfortable and seems to be molded to my hand. The knives are super sharp!

Very good set with all the best knives

Any set that has the two 'big' knives - 8-inch chef's and 7-inch santoku, is a good set in my book. The two knives cover most of the food prep you will ever do, and if you have both of them, then two people can work in the kitchen together. Rounding out this set is a good collection of specialty knives including two serrated knives that cover everything from tomatoes to big loaves of bread.
The Signature line of stamped knives is made Germany from one of Zwilling's top quality steels. These knives are made with German craftsmanship and precision. Lighter than forged knives, this line is very popular. The sculpted handles fold into the palm of most people’s hands comfortably. The steel is strong, stable and holds an edge well. They can be and should be sharpened regularly. I recommend hand washing so they always look like new; but they are dishwasher safe.

For those who don't care for heavy knives, these are perfect. Same high-quality steel yet stamped to save on heft. Tremendous value...Santoku and peeler included. Block has space for matching steak knives which are tops!

The knives is this block are made from German Special formula steel and forged from one piece of stamped steel. That translates to long term durability and blades that stay sharper longer. Handle is extremely comfortable. Block also has a couple of unique knives included - a birds beak paring and a serrated utility, both helpful in the kitchen.
