Excited out of the box

Product was as advertised. I had to use them as soon as i got them out of the box. I sliced some tomatoes for some sauce and used the chef's knife on some chicken breast and sliced beautiful. I can't wait to do more with them.

Sharp but handles feel a bit cheap since they’re plastics. Also I don’t understand why the steak knives are so separately.

Sharp, holds an edge, and built to last
I'm really impressed with this Zwilling TWIN Signature 11-piece set. The knives came out of the box seriously sharp, and they've held that edge well. I'm not constantly fighting dull blades like with cheaper sets I've owned. The overall quality is obvious the second you pick one up. They feel solid and well balanced without being heavy, and the triple-rivet handles are comfortable and secure.
The lineup covers pretty much everything: chef's knife, santoku, bread knife, slicer, serrated utility, paring, vegetable, and a little peeling knife, plus a honing steel and kitchen shears. The 8" chef's knife and the santoku have quickly become my go-tos. The bamboo block looks nice on the counter and has extra slots if you want to add more knives later.
If you want a quality, German-made set that's actually sharp and stays that way, this is a great pick. Highly recommend.
