Not only is this a great value line that is made in Spain and not China, but it sharpens itself every time you use the knife. This is the ultimate low maintenance set.

Elegant and sharp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knives are absolutely beautiful. Upon receiving them, I took out a carrot to slice and the chef’s knife went through it like butter. I didn’t have to use any force or effort. I’ve never known knives this good and can tell they will last me a lifetime.
