Spanish-made Classic series is a centuries old forged steel in a new-school, efficient, self-sharpening knife block. All 5 knives are essential kitchen staples.

Besides being forged knives, the self sharpening block sealed the deal. Thus far, the knives are great and handle well. Pleased thus far...
