Very sharp knives!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only criticism I have is on the plunge line (where handle meets the blade) it is sharp and unprotected. Our old set has a guard there and is a much better design.

7 Piece Self-Sharpening Block

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned a number of Zwilling / Henkels knives before, of various levels of quality, and have always been impressed by the quality. I decided to get a matched set, and the self-sharpening feature was especially appealing. I would absolutely recommend this set for any cook or chef . . . a sharp knife makes the job so much easier!

Excited About This Knife Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave this knife set to my husband as a gift. I am very excited about the self-sharpening feature of the knife block. I have 2 Henkle classic forged knives from the 1980's that I love. I rated this one star less because I was expecting this set to be the same weight. These knives are lighter and the blades thinner than to two I bought 40 years ago.
