Finally a good quality set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having always had a pieced together set of knives we rented a vacation house and they had these. Loved them and ordered a set for ourselves. How wonderful to have all matching high quality and always sharp with the built in sharpener. Should have done this years ago

Great knives at a great price.

These knives are well balanced and easy to use. I especially like the Chef's and Sankou knives. There is nothing like a balance and sharp knife to ease meal preparation.

Pretty sharp lookin’

Pretty nice and solid looking knife block set.
One of the knives had a bit of the plastic melted at the base, but that’s more of an aesthetic issue than a functional issue. The grantons on the santoku knife look uneven and sort of jagged, but are deep enough to still be functional.
