Sharp, light, and easy to hold! Perfect Gift!

I’m a semi-professional baker, so I always prioritize buying baking tools over cooking tools, so I’d been using 1 *good* 8” chefs knife and some hand-me-down steak knives! I am so happy with these knives; now I have superior cooking tools to match my baking tools!

Not recommended for dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did buy this because it stated it was dishwasher safe. However, the care instructions say dishwasher is not recommended. I probably would not have bought them if I had known. It is a high quality set, very sharp.
