Sharpest set of kitchen knives ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you could pluck a precious little hair off the back of Sasquatch himself, and stand it up on one end, and slice it in 4 ways, this set would do it. If Rambo, needed a knife on his hip, better than the one he has now, he’d choose one out of this set. If Gordon Ramsey, himself had anything nice to say about anything, it would be about this set. If the last Samurai had to go into battle solo, he’d take this set. Or basically, if you’d simply like to cut the crust off you’re PB&J sandwich, this set would be great for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got these under a week ago sharp right out of the package. Everything work great so far. I hope it continues to. First time Henckels user I prefer Wusthof for their thicker blades compared to these but Henckels are more budget friendly.

These knives are simply AMAZING... Clean cut, easy to use, easy to clean, always pretty sharp... Thank you Henckels for such a nice product.

Sharp burs on all the back edges VERY DANGEROUS!

Recieved as a give on our regisrty. We were initially happy to see the knife set but upon use we've found them to be dangerous! Very sharp on the back edges that have cut both of us while using them. I'm a machinist and I grew up around knives my father was a chef I know how to properly handle knifes and sharp objects. These knives not just one but all of them are very sharp where you don't want them to be. Right on the spine of the blade. Not only did I just myself but I was working with raw poultry and that got into my cut because I didn't notice it in time due to how cleanly it got me.
TDLR the knifes are very sharp on the blade which is good but they are also sharp on the spine which for me should have NEVER passed any type of inspection.
