Was so excited to find this set, and so far I am very impressed. Amazing quality, and a beautiful set to have on the counter. Five stars all around!

Doing a prime rib now and can't wait to use them. Can only give 4 stars because I haven't actually used them yet. Will revisit after a few uses.

Great set of knives

These are a big upgrade from my previous knife set. I enjoy using the chef, santoku and pairing knives. The steak knives are a bit thinner that what I'm used but cut well. Hopefully they hold up but that would be my only concern. Getting these has me interested in trying the new rocker santoku.
