Perfect for this Sous Chef

My last block I picked apart to add to my professional knife set in my industrial kitchen.
So I bought the updated version for home.
These knives can take a beating and hold an edge longer than most knives in my knife bag. The shears have had amazing performance over the years as well. Just make sure to maintain them and they will continue to impress. (The performance was honestly very surprising for just a home set)
If you take care of these knives they will take care of you, tried and true.
Looking forward to a very long and happy run with them.

I cook for my family of four every day, and I had no idea how much more difficult my crappy knives were making my job until I tried these Henckels. Buyer beware - There’s no going back after this. Quality knives are now a non-negotiable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these for my girlfriend. We absolute love them. They are very sharp and with-standing the sharpness. Very pleased with the look and durability.
Note: The knives are dishwasher safe, but I noticed some discoloration of the handles when they were placed in the dishwasher. I will be hand washing them from now on.
