Sharp but light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good quality steel, but thin blades. That, combined with plastic handles, makes them quite light. And not easy to press down for Thick cutting—the top of the blades are too thin to comfortably place forefinger on. A nice set for occasional or light cutting.
I would recommend this to a friend!
