This is a fantastic, low maintenance block option that has every knife you would need! Each sharpening slot is specifically made for certain knives with the exception of the 8 high quality steak knives. Easily and quickly maintain the edge and angle of your frequently used blades for maximum sharpness every use. The Classic knives are well balanced and the full bolster makes for a comfortable and controlled grip.
