Great knives with low maintance

I love how every time I take a knife out of this knife block, they are as sharp as the first time I used them because of the self-sharpening feature. There are pictures of the knifes next to the slot that is designed for each knife so that it makes it very easy to figure out where it goes. I love how the steak knives are made out of German steel in Spain. The set of 8 steak knives is also great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We received these an early Christmas gift and they are the best! The knives are such great quality and make cooking so much easier! The knife block is self sharpening which is a huge time saver!

Great self-sharpening block set

This is a great set that is perfect for everyone, whether you are upgrading from a stamped knife set, to a seasoned chef, the Classic knives are constructed of a great German stainless steel blade that is fully forged to give lasting durability and sharpness. Since the block is self-sharpening, you don’t have to worry about ever having to sharpen your knives, making it a very low maintenance set.

Good knives, misleading information.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The main knives are good, forged and made in Spain. However, the block and steak knives are made in China NOT Spain and the steak knives are NOT forged but stamped. Could not find this in the description when I bought the set so that was very disappointing when it arrived just now.
