Big Fan of the Classic!

Heavy, balanced knives constructed of top-grade Spanish steel almost holds candle to Pro S. Good mix of knives and a whopping 8 steak knives. The self-sharpening block works well.

Solid Knife Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knives are high quality and made in Spain. The self-sharpener is a nice touch that hopefully reduces the long term maintenance and care. The block looks great on the countertop.
Two minor issues prevent me from rating five stars:
* The kitchen shears do not come apart for cleaning
* The knives are especially susceptible to hard water stains, which are difficult/impossible to remove
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best knives we've ever owned!

Plus, the self-sharpening feature is super handy. The handles are comfortable to hold and so far we've had a great experience with them. Highly recommend!
