This set has everything you need. The built in sharpener helps keep your blades cutting like champs. It helps that they are labeled so that you get the right sharpening on the right blade! My new fav is the 5.5 prep knife! That little guy does a lot for a small knife. I like that I don't have to use my parer too much for small jobs, it stays sharper for paring when I need it! the rest of the assortment covers all the bases and the scissors from Henckels are always awesome!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quick and Clean Cuts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knives make chopping through meats and veggies such a breeze! The cuts are clean since the blades are so sharp and there’s never a need to do things twice. They’ve cut my prep time by a good amount of time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knives have been great for my family. We always have a sharp knife ready to go. My wife always goes for the santoku, and uses it almost every day. The block itself looks great on the counter. We used to keep our old knife set it a cabinet, but these stay out on display.
