Amazing first official knife set

Steak knives spotted after hand washing

Great "Every Day" Knives!

Before this set we had another Henckels set called the Modernist, and I'll be honest...it sucked. But this Classic Collection set seems to be a huge improvement. Very sharp and holds an edge really well.
